Volunteer Positions Available:

Registration & Check-In

Workshop & Panel Assistants

Greeting and directing attendees to the correct rooms, providing directions, answering questions, and generally ensuring a positive attendee experience.  Interested? Complete this form http://bit.ly/3J7XCqk

Media & Communications Support

Set up a clear registration desk where media can check in, receive their badges, and obtain press kits. Interested? Complete this form http://bit.ly/3J7XCqk

Photography & Videography

Capture a wide range of images: Including keynote speakers, panel discussions, breakout sessions, exhibitor booths, attendee networking, candid interactions, and award ceremonies.   Interested? Complete this form http://bit.ly/3J7XCqk

Set-up / Breakdown / Logistics Crew

This involves setting up tables, chairs, staging, decorations, and other elements according to the event's plan and specifications.  Interested? Complete this form http://bit.ly/3J7XCqk

Greeters & Info Booth Attendants

Provide essential information, such as event schedules, locations of amenities, and answers to common questions.  Interested? Complete this form http://bit.ly/3J7XCqk

Vendor & Exhibitor Liaisons

Building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with all vendors and exhibitors is paramount. This involves fostering open communication, active listening, and addressing their needs and concerns throughout the entire event life cycle. Interested? Complete this form http://bit.ly/3J7XCqk

Accessibility & Crowd Support

Ensure the chosen venue offers wheelchair-accessible entrances, ramps, and elevators. A thorough site audit, potentially with the help of an accessibility consultant, can identify and address potential barriers.  Interested? Complete this form http://bit.ly/3J7XCqk

Digital Engagement & Live Stream Help

Time Commitment

We ask for volunteers to work at least one 4-hour shift, but you're welcome to do more!

Onboarding Training

All volunteers are required to attend an on boarding training via ZOOM. Date forthcoming.
